Benchmark Hospitality Appoints Mark Dallman Director of Sales & Marketing
for The Northland Inn, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, January 2008 - Benchmark Hospitality International has appointed Mark Dallman as director of sales & marketing for The Northland Inn, the hotel and executive conference center located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, near Minneapolis.  Charles Nehme, general manager, made the announcement.

"I am very pleased to welcome Mark to our property," said Mr. Nehme.  "He brings a solid background in hotel sales and marketing to his new role as well as important experience within the Minneapolis market."

Mark Dallman invested the past seven years of his career with Hyatt Hotels, most recently holding the position of director of sales and marketing for the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.  He also previously served as the director of sales for the Hyatt Regency Chicago and associate director of sales for the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego.

Dallman was a part of the Hyatt Sales Team of the Year for both 2003 and 2005 and received Hyatt's Outstanding Production Award for exceeding his annual sales quotas from 2001 through 2005.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Mr. Dallman was a national sales manager for the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort north of Atlanta.  He also served over seven years with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in sales and operational positions.

Mr. Dallman is originally from the Minneapolis area and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout, earning a degree in Hospitality Management.  He resides in Plymouth, Minnesota.
