LodgeNet Reveals Top Ten In Room Movies for 2007
SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Feb. 7, 2008 - LodgeNet Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: LNET), the leading provider of media and connectivity solutions to hospitality, healthcare and other guest-based businesses, today announced the list of top selling on demand theatrical movie titles for hospitality in 2007.
LodgeNet's interactive network of over 9,000 hospitality locations provides more customers with on demand entertainment than any other service focused on the hospitality industry. Over the past year, LodgeNet's platform has grown considerably through organic expansion and the acquisition of On Command. Given the scope of its current room base, LodgeNet is the leader in providing on demand entertainment to the market, and its list of top selling titles is the most accurate gauge of performance in that market.
The most-viewed video on demand movies in properties served by LodgeNet during the year were:
1. Knocked UpLodgeNet also announced that Warner Bros. was the top performing studio for 2007. The studio edged out Universal, who released the year's top selling title, Knocked Up, and also surpassed last year's winner, Twentieth Century Fox.
