Shree Hotels LLC. Signs Commonwealth Hotels, Inc. to Manage
a New Cambria Suites Hotel in Plainfield, Indiana

COVINGTON, KY � JANUARY 21, 2008:  Daniel Fay, President of Commonwealth Hotels, Inc. announced today that the company has signed a long term management agreement with Shree Hotels LLC., a regional hotel ownership company, to manage a new Cambria Suites hotel, set to open in early April, 2008

The hotel, located at 6016 Gateway Drive in Plainfield, IN,  will be the first Cambria Suites in Indiana.  The 103-suite hotel with 1,400 Square Feet of meeting space, will bring the latest in hotel innovation to the area, boasting a stylish  design and guestrooms that are 25 percent larger than standard hotel rooms. The hotel will also offer the latest in technology, from a large-screen television in the open, airy two-story lobby to two flat-screen LCD televisions, CD/DVD player, and MP3 jacks in the guest suites and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property.

Once the new Indianapolis Airport Terminal opens in late 2008, the Cambria Suites hotel will be one of the closet properties available to serve this new facility.  In the meantime, the hotel boasts a great location � just off I-70 and still within 12 minutes of the current airport terminal.  The hotel is also convenient to restaurants, area businesses and major highways.

Commonwealth Hotels, Inc. currently operates hotels throughout the U.S., in addition to 12 hotels under construction or in development.  The company manages hotels for third party owners as well as for its own account and is actively seeking additional management contracts.  This is Commonwealth Hotels� first Cambria Suites.
