Clement Teo Appointed General Manager
of Millennium Hongqiao Hotel, Shanghai
2008 - Millennium & Copthorne International Ltd (MCIL), a Singapore-based
hospitality management company that manages more than 110 hotels, announces
the appointment of Mr Clement Teo as General Manager of Millennium Hongqiao
A Singapore citizen, Teo joins the hotel from Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore where he had served as Hotel Manager. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Teo has worked with several international deluxe hotels such as Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore, The Westin Stamford and the Westin Plaza, Shangri-la’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and the historic Goodwood Park Hotel.
In his new appointment, Teo will report to Mr Tan Kim Seng, Senior Vice President, Operations, Asia of MCIL and will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations.
“I’m delighted to be part of this outstanding hotel, the first Millennium Hotel in China,” Teo said. “I look forward to this opportunity of leading the Millennium Hongqiao Hotel team towards achieving our revenue goals and service excellence.”
