Hilton Bonnet Creek Secures First $1 million Booking;
ACUTA Books 40th Annual Conference in 2011

ORLANDO, Fla., January 16, 2008 � When the Association
of College & University Telecommunication Administrators (ACUTA) headquartered
in Louisville, Kentucky, began exploring large-scale venues to host the
organization�s 40th Annual Conference scheduled May 1-5, 2011, the significance
of choosing Bonnet Creek was an opportunity they would not let pass by.
The 2,000 member organization has reserved the new $550 million Bonnet
Creek in Orlando, Florida, the largest Hilton development in the company�s
history, to host the $1 million conference.

Creek and a part of the premiere destination resort in Florida,� explains

The Hilton Bonnet Creek will offer 122,000 square feet of meeting space including the 36,000 square foot Grand Ballroom and 27,000 square foot Junior Ballroom for hosting corporate and social functions. One Executive Boardroom and two Designated Boardrooms will accommodate up to 24 executives each. A total of 48 meeting rooms will welcome groups with the latest in meetings audio visual technology and expertly trained support. Both the Hilton Bonnet Creek and The Waldorf=Astoria Orlando Resort will have shared amenities including 152,000 square feet of meeting space in a conference facility, a Rees Jones-designed 18-hole championship golf course with 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with restaurant and locker facilities, 80-acre state-protected wetland preserve and a 24,000-square-foot Waldorf=Astoria Spa by Guerlain and fitness center.
