In response to new business opportunities, and as a result of HMC�s continuing growth, Dickert, in his new position, will be responsible for the management of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, area hotels, including managing and overseeing property operations, sales and marketing, budgeting and cost controls, associate and guest satisfaction, and development.  Adding to these duties, Dickert will also focus his efforts on owner relations and maximizing revenues.  In addition, Dickert has assumed the General Manager position at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey, which was recently added to the HMC portfolio of managed properties.

Dickert�s 25 years of experience in the hotel industry includes management of a Sheraton, Best Western, and Holiday Inns in Illinois before joining HMC 10 years ago as general manager at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.  During the past decade he has consistently led the Radisson in increasing occupancy and revenues, and the hotel has received the Radisson President�s Award in four of the past five years.
