addition of four properties to its portfolio. The properties total 435
rooms in such key locations as Edison, NJ.; Meriden Ct.; Lehighton, Pa.;
and Easton Pa. The brands represented are Holiday Inn, Four Points by Sheraton
and Hampton Inn. All four hotels will continue under their current franchise
