Estancia La Jolla Hotel Invites New Food and Beverage Director to the Team
La Jolla Hotel Adds Top-Notch Veteran to Their Staff

LA JOLLA, California (October 5, 2007) – Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa has named Jim Steele as Director of Food and Beverage of the sensory retreat.  The hotel encompasses the food and beverage outlets of Adobe El Restuarante, Mustangs & Burros, Bodega Wine Bar and private dining accommodations, all of which Steele will oversee.

Steele began his career back in his collegiate days and now is a veteran of the food and beverage industry with 30 years of hospitality experience under his belt. He has held the title of Director of Banquets at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel from 2003-2005, St. Regis Monarch Beach from 2001-2002, and Hotel Del Coronado from 1999-2001.  Steele will oversee all food, beverage, and restaurant staff, as well as all private dining directors and catering staff.
