named Jim Hatfield as Assistant Restaurants Manager to the property�s award-winning
Adobe El Restaurante.
In his new position, Hatfield is responsible for
assisting in overseeing the restaurant�s staff and guest service.
He previously served as the general manager at Coyote Bar & Grill (A.Y.I.
Inc.) from 1994 to 2006. Prior to Coyote Bar & Grill he held
the position of dining room manager at Neiman's Restaurant (A.Y.I. Inc.)
from 1986 to1990.
