Ian Jones looks back to a 23 year career in hotel and hospitality sector.  Before joining Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts he worked two and a half years for the Hilton London Metropole as Director Operations, followed by another two and a half years in the same position opening the new Hilton Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
 
Prior to his international placements, his Canadian hotel career included positions as the Hotel Manager for the Sheraton-on-the-Falls, Niagara Falls, General Manager of the Reunion Bar at the Toronto Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center and as Assistant Banquet Manager for the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
