Beachside Resort & Conference Center’s restaurants, “Tavern N Town” mark Chef Van Aken’s full circle return to Key West and the flavors that first inspired his cuisine. Opening October 22, 2007, “Tavern” will feature a full a la carte menu as well as an in-house pastry chef, tapas-style fare, sushi and charcuterie. “Town” will debut December 1, 2007 and offer elegant fine dining with Chef Van Aken’s tasting menus.
