| KSL Capital Partners Announces Hiring of Adrian Constant,
Former Orient Express Hotels Senior Executive, to Lead European Platform
DENVER - October 2007 - KSL Capital Partners (KSL), a leading private equity firm, today announced that it is creating a European investment platform based in London to be known as KSL Capital Partners International, LLP, and has hired Adrian Constant to lead this platform. Michael Shannon, a Managing Director and co-founder of KSL said �Adrian brings an extraordinarily broad and unique skill set to KSL. As KSL looks to expand beyond its historic focus on North American travel and leisure businesses, Adrian will able us to greatly accelerate these plans. Having a presence in London, led by someone of Adrian�s caliber, will allow us to more effectively generate and react to these opportunities. � Mr. Constant was formerly Vice President Orient Express Hotels�Europe, where he was in charge of all of Orient Express�s European properties, as well as having specific development responsibility for Europe, the Middle East and Asia. During his time with Orient Express, Mr. Constant led some of its most prominent acquisitions and partnerships, including La Residencia, Mallorca in February 2002; Le Manoir aux�Quat Saisons, Oxfordshire in February 2002; The Grand Hotel Europe, St. Petersburg in February 2005; and the Hotel Caruso, Ravello in June 2005. Mr. Constant has been involved in the resort and hospitality industry for over 20 years throughout the world. Prior to joining Orient Express Hotels, Mr. Constant was Regional Manager for Le Meridien Brazil and General Manager Le Meridien Copacabana, with specific development responsibility for South America. A British citizen born in Madrid, Mr. Constant is able to speak five languages and has extensive experience doing business in numerous countries.
