Stuart-based Bayview Construction will serve as general contractor for the $8 million-plus construction project. Established in 1978, Bayview is a certified state-licensed general contractor. This contract marks the third hotel project on the Treasure Coast Bayview has been awarded this year. 

Waterford Hotel Group, Inc, with headquarters in Waterford, Connecticut, will professionally manage and operate the new hotel. Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania is providing construction and permanent financing for the project.
