November 7, 2007 (Wichita, KS) � LodgeWorks L.P. announces the launch of Hotel Sierra, a newly-refreshed hotel brand (formerly Sierra Suites) bringing touches of comfortable luxury to the upscale suite category.  The Wichita, Kansas-based hospitality development and management firm kicks off the new brand with the opening of the Hotel Sierra Washington Dulles in Sterling, VA, just two miles north of Dulles Airport and convenient to dining, shopping and entertainment. 

The new 162-room property is the first hotel in LodgeWorks� new Hotel Sierra collection, offering touches of luxury and pampering; sophisticated, contemporary designs; as well as authentic comforts that go above and beyond expectations for the upscale suite hotel genre. 

The next Hotel Sierra property will be the Hotel Sierra Bellevue, Washington, scheduled to open in December 2007.  Six existing Sierra Suites Hotels, as well as a recently acquired Regency Suites Hotel in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and a Hallmark Suites Hotel in Rancho Cordova, California, will be refreshed and re-flagged as Hotel Sierra by the first quarter of 2008. Two additional new properties, in Richmond, Virginia, and Redmond, Washington, are scheduled to open in Fall 2008 and early 2009, respectively.

Hotel Sierra is also evolving to a sophisticated, contemporary design palette with spacious, smartly designed suites and guest rooms with full, modernized kitchens outfitted with stainless steel appliances.  All guest rooms are designed for comfort as well as luxury, with noteworthy in-room amenities including 32-inch high-definition flat-screen TVs, Sharper Image® iPOD® docking stations, and spa-inspired bath amenities such as waffle terry robes and Gilchrest and Soames® products.
