DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (November 29, 2007) – Two Bunch Palms Resort and Spa, a hot mineral springs retreat resort known for its healing waters and premium spa treatments, brings on Mark Eads as the new general manager for the Desert Hot Springs, CA property. Eads, a seasoned hotel management professional, comes to the resort with 15 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry.
His background includes managerial positions at the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage of Rancho Mirage, CA, the Smoke Tree Ranch of Palm Springs, CA, and the five-star Francis Malbone House Inn in Newport, RI, where he held numerous responsibilities for nearly seven years.
“Two Bunch is a tremendous healing spot,” Eads said. “And I so look forward to continuing the legacy that the resort has held since the 1930s as the place to go to truly unwind and get away.” Eads says he is excited to begin working with colleagues to make each guest’s stay at Two Bunch Palms as soothing and peaceful as possible.
“We want this to be an incredibly relaxing experience for our guests,” Eads added. “From the initial reservation to the departure and all points in between, our guests will have the opportunity to truly do what they came here to do… to get ‘Two Bunched.’”
