Eads, a seasoned hotel management professional, comes to the resort with 15 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry.

His background includes managerial positions at the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage of Rancho Mirage, CA, the Smoke Tree Ranch of Palm Springs, CA, and the five-star Francis Malbone House Inn in Newport, RI, where he held numerous responsibilities for nearly seven years.
