Kessler, who recently announced the opening of his international office in Vienna, Austria, is growing his hotel portfolio at a very fast pace with several projects planned in the next two years.  The Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences in St. Petersburg, FL will break ground in the early 2008; Kessler Canyon in DeBeque, Colorado will be opening a new lodge �doubling its size in October 2008; Grand Bohemian Hotel in Atlanta, GA will break ground in early 2009 and he just recently completed a multi-million dollar expansion to El Monte Sagrado Living Resort & Spa in Taos, NM.

Inspired by a rustic elegant hunting lodge, The Bohemian Hotel at Biltmore Village will reflect a design featuring natural and traditional elements such as stone flooring, distressed carved oak wood walls, columns, archways.  The main hotel will feature 86 guest rooms and the Manor House, located directly across the street, will feature 20 guest rooms.                      

The Red Stag Grille will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  The dinner menu will feature steaks, fresh seafood and daily chef specials created by Kessler�s award-winning culinary team.  Guests will have the choice of either dining in the main dining room, at the chef�s table or in the private dining room.  In addition, the restaurant will feature a bar and piano lounge.  
            
Kessler, who is also an art enthusiast, will be opening his Grand Bohemian Gallery, which will feature prominent American and European art, including original works of art and photography by local, national and international artisans complemented by art glass, contemporary jewelry, and unique gift items.
