Pride Hospitality, LLC. Names Keith Lachney
General Manager of the Year

| Germantown, TN � November 2007 � In conjunction with the
IHG conference in Dallas, Mr. Keith Lachney was named General Manager of
the Year, for Pride Hospitality, LLC. At Pride�s annual dinner and private
reception, Mr. Lachney was presented the award and cash bonus. Mr. Lachney
spent most of the past year at the Comfort Suites in Baton Rouge and is
currently preparing for the opening of the first 80 Suite Candlewood Suites
Hotel in Louisiana, located in Lafayette.
Mark Zipperer, President of Pride Hospitality stated, �Keith has done
a great job this year, with the Comfort conversion, service scores and
Candlewood work, he has been very busy.�
 Mr. Lachney has worked hard the past year helping with the conversion of a hotel in Baton Rouge. He has proven his dedication and commitment to our family of hotels. He worked hard and succeeded in increasing the ADR, Occupancy, and the Guest Service Scores in his hotel. When submitting his goals for the year 2008, one of his goals was actually to become General Manager of the Year for Pride Hospitality. He was surprised at the annual Pride Hospitality dinner when he was awarded the title for the year 2007! Mr. Lachney states, �First, I would like to thank my family for supporting me thru out my career and I would like to thank Pride Hospitality for believing in me.
