Creek Resort
and Indoor Water Park in Chicago Southland

Burke Contracting, both of Mokena, announce development of Hickory Creek
Resort and Indoor Water Park. Ground breaking is scheduled in 2008
and opening in late 2009.

Situated on 25 acres near the intersection of I-80 and La Grange Road,
in the heart of Chicago Southland; Hickory Creek Resort will include a
40,000 square foot world-class indoor water park, a 105 single and dual
key full service themed hotel, a 120 room extended stay franchised hotel,
8,000 square foot arcade, themed restaurants, gift shops, 80,000 square
foot year round sports academy, 4 multi purpose sports fields, 94,500 square
feet of mixed use office and commercial space and 2 multi level parking
structures.
