Two Harrisburg PA Properties

November 27, 2007 � Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, announced today the addition of two new properties, both located in the capital city of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg. Both hotels are convenient to high traffic tourist areas, including Lancaster, Amish Country, Hershey Park and Gettysburg. The Wingate by Wyndham, Harrisburg PA (pictured below) features 85 oversized
guest rooms and accommodating meeting space.

The Fairfield Inn is currently under going a flag change to soon be a Quality Inn. With these recent additions, Growth Properties is now managing 19 properties nationally. The portfolio includes a nice blend of full service and select service hotels with both franchised and independent flags. Many of the hotels managed by Growth Properties also have franchised restaurants, further adding to Growth Properties food and beverage operations which include management of 5 restaurant chains. �This has been a successful year for the company.
