Chesley has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in sales with Hilton Hotels Corporation.  Prior to being named director of sales for the Hilton Pasadena, she held the same position at the Doubletree Hotel Bakersfield in California.  Additionally, she served as the director of sales lead for Hilton�s Los Angeles sales cluster and senior sales manager for the Hilton Burbank Airport & Convention Center.  Chesley also was senior sales manager of the Hilton Pasadena throughout most of the 1990s.  

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
