ConciergeonDemand is a computer-based system that allows guests to view and book tours, buy show tickets, book transportation, etc. directly from a convenient lobby kiosk or PC workstation.

The solution, which was introduced by TTI last month, is designed for hotels that wish to offer concierge services but can’t justify associated labor costs.  Attendees of the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant show, to be held Nov. 10-13 at the Jacob K. Tattenbaum added, “ConciergeOnDemand is a great way for hoteliers to provide true and immediate value to their guests. It’s an amenity that is ideal for the smaller independent, branded or boutique hotels in New York.”

Steve Blidner, TTI President, said “Whatever a traditional hotel concierge can do, ConciergeonDemand can do. The system allows guests to purchase and print tickets for Broadway shows, sightseeing tours and sporting events. The system also helps travelers to reserve car services to the airport, make restaurant reservations, rent a car and even buy movie tickets,” he said.
