The Tokyu Group Names Hisashi Konno President of the Mauna

KOHALA COAST, Big Island of Hawaii, September 21, 2007 --- The Tokyu Group, owner of the acclaimed Mauna Lani Resort, has appointed Hisashi Konno new president. Konno will lead Mauna Lani's executive team in the operation of the iconic Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, the championship Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Courses and the award-winning Mauna Lani Spa. Most recently, Konno was the Vice President of Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, also a Tokyu Group company. He has also served as General Manager of the Pan Pacific Hotel Yokohama in Japan and General Manager of Tokyu's Resort Division. "I am excited to be on the Big Island and look forward to contributing to Mauna Lani's renown hospitality legacy," says Konno.
