today announced the appointment of David Brian Catalon as Director of Sales
& Marketing for both the Sheraton Reston hotel and the Westin Reston
Heights hotel which is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2008. The Sheraton
Reston is an upscale hotel and conference facility located in suburban
Virginia minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. The hotel
offers guests a resort-like setting, as it is directly across the street
from the Reston National Golf Course. The Westin Reston Heights will also
be an upscale hotel with 175 guestrooms including 64 suites when it opens
in the Spring of 2008. It is located eight miles from Dulles International
Airport and 23 miles from Washington, DC and Ronald Reagan National Airport.

Mr. Catalon brings more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience
in sales and marketing to his new position. He joins Crestline Hotels &
Resorts from the InterContinental Boston where he was the Director of Sales
& Marketing. He has also been the Director of Sales & Marketing
for the Conrad Indianapolis, The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn, and The Ritz-Carlton,
Cleveland. In addition, he has held management positions with The Ritz-Carlton,
New Orleans, as well as Sodexho Marriott Management Services and Interstate
Hotels.

Mr. Catalon holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Louisiana
at Lafayette and also studied Marketing and Management at Louisiana State

The Westin Reston Heights
The Westin Reston Heights is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2008
and will exemplify modern luxury. In addition to the 175 guestrooms, the
hotel will have 1,150 square feet of meeting space equipped with wireless
Internet access that can accommodate groups of up to 100 people. For dining,
guests will be able to choose from a signature restaurant and a lounge.
