10, 2007 - Kim Westhoff, who has been with the Arizona Biltmore Resort
& Spa in Phoenix since 1993, has been appointed to the newly
created position of director of luxury accounts for Hilton Hotels Corporation's
Waldorf=Astoria Collection and Conrad Hotels. Westhoff will continue
to be based at the Arizona Biltmore, which is a member of the Waldorf=Astoria
Collection.
In her new role, Westhoff will be handling luxury accounts such as American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, Virtuoso and Signature Travel Network. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Westhoff has spent her entire 14-year hospitality industry career at the Arizona Biltmore. She launched her career with the resort as a concierge in 1993, moved to reservations in 1994, and has been director of travel industry sales for the past ten years. She also serves as a vice president on the Virtuoso Hotels & Resorts Committee and is actively involved with the Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau.
