Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Advises in the Sale of the Baymont Inn
and Suites, Omaha, NE and the Hampton Inn Hays, KS

Kansas City, Missouri, August 28, 2007 � Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (�WHI�) a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised in the sale of the 129-room Baymont Inn and Suites located in Omaha, NE. The property was sold by StayInn Omaha, Inc. to Omaha Lodging, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The 2 and 3 story, interior and exterior-corridor limited service hotel is located in the growing midtown area of Omaha and adjacent to the new Coco Keys Indoor Water Resort. It has excellent visibility and is in close proximity to all major demand generators such as Info USA, First Data Recourses, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Omnium Worldwide, ConAgra, HDR Engineering and the  University of Nebraska � Omaha campus. 

WHI also announced today it advised in the sale of the 138-room Hampton Inn Hays, KS. This property was sold to Hays Lodging, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The 2 story exterior-corridor limited service hotel is conveniently located off of I-70 and amenities include outdoor pool, exercise room and meeting facilities.
