Pettit has been the General Manager of the PHP managed Holiday Inn in Boulder, Colorado for the last five years.  In her new position, Pettit will oversee revenue management for all nine PHP managed properties including The Plains Hotel in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Hotel Colorado, in Glenwood Springs and the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach in California.  As Director of Revenue Management, Pettit will work with the management team at the hotels, including the general managers, director of sales and the front office managers.

Pettit will be responsible for ensuring that all booking goals, pricing policies and strategies are implemented to ensure maximized revenue performance at each PHP managed property.

Prior to her position as general manager of the Boulder Holiday Inn, Pettit served as GM at the Holiday Inn Express in Greeley, Colorado from 2000 to 2002, and was with the Holiday Inn in Hays, Kansas from 1991 to 1999, exiting as General Manager.  A sixteen year veteran of the hospitality industry, Pettit holds a Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and has served on the Executive Board of the Greeley Hotel Association.
