The Briad Group Opens 108 unit Residence Inn
in Mount Laurel, NJ

Livingston, New Jersey - July 31, 2007 -- The Briad Group of Livingston, New Jersey opened a new hotel on Jul 30th, 2007: a 108-unit, Residence Inn in Mount Laurel at Bishop�s Gate Office Park, New Jersey.

The Residence Inn offers full state of the art kitchen facilities, featuring all stainless steel appliances and ceramic cook top stoves. The newly constructed hotel is owned by Briad Lodging Group Mt. Laurel, LLC and is managed by Briad Hospitality Management, LLC of Livingston, NJ.

The Residence Inn Mount Laurel is easily accessed via Route 38 and Interstate 295, proximate to Burlington Community College, Enterprise Center and Centerton Square.

Mount Laurel is a strong hotel market in need of additional upscale hotel rooms like Residence Inn and we are thrilled to be opening in this area," said Steve Scharf, Director of Development and Asset Management. "We are the ideal place for those travelers who are away from home or office for several days but still need to have all of the benefits, such as a full kitchen, executive business center and complimentary high-speed Internet access," Scharf said.

The Briad Group has been developing extended- and limited-stay hotels across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states for the past seven years, with sixteen hotels opened and developed from the ground up along with a pipeline of almost 30 hotels to be developed over the next few years. The company has developed properties under the Residence Inn, Courtyard and Spring Hill Suites brands for Marriott; and the Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn brands for Hilton.  Additionally, The Briad Group also operates 72 TGI Friday�s and 47 Wendy�s restaurants across eight states, employing approximately 11,000 people.
