Aztec Group, Inc. Arranges the $12.25 Million Sale of Ramada Inn
Airport North/Days Inn Westland Mall in Hialeah, Florida 
Miami, Florida -- August 16, 2007 - Aztec Group, Inc., Florida’s leading real estate investment and merchant banking firm based in Miami, is pleased to announce that it has arranged the sale of Ramada Inn Airport North/Days Inn Westland Mall, located in Hialeah, Florida.

The property was double branded as 171-room Ramada Inn and an 83-room Days Inn.

Located on approximately five acres, the property features a restaurant and lounge, 4,000 sf of meeting rooms, a pool and over 300 parking spaces. Aztec represented JEB Hotel Associates, Ltd. in its disposition of the property to Alpha One Holdings LLC, a local investor. The new owner is planning to invest several million dollars to renovate, upgrade and reposition the property.

“The property is an excellent real estate investment that is well located in relation to its demand generators. By upgrading and repositioning, the buyer should benefit strongly from the upside potential of this property,” commented Boaz Ashbel, Aztec’s Managing Director who structured the transaction.

The South Florida hotel transaction market continues to be strong due to the limited supply of product and constraints on new development.
