appointment of Samuel R. Zabawsky as Corporate Vice President of Sales
and Revenue Management. Mr. Zabawsky will be responsible for sales,
marketing and revenue maximization for Boykin Management Company.
�Sam�s 30-plus years of industry experience and sales acumen will be a
tremendous asset to our organization and managed hotels,� said Joseph Smith,

Sam joins Boykin after recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Coral Hospitality where he had direct oversight of the Sand Pearl Resort in Clearwater, FL. Sam�s previous experience included senior sales and marketing positions at the Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, Wyndham International, Interstate Hotels Corporation, Belz Enterprises and The Homestead in Hot Springs, VA. While at Wyndham, Sam served as Regional Vice President with sales responsibility for the East Coast and Florida. He also supported the conversion of five Carefree (Grand Bay Resorts) in the Western Group to Wyndham International. From 1982-1993, Sam held numerous sales positions with Marriott International working at Marriott National Sales, Marriott Marco Island, the Richmond Marriott and Twin Bridges Marriott in Washington, D.C. Sam holds a bachelor�s degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Houston.
