Sandy Johnson Appointed Vice President of National Accounts
of Hospitality Performance Network 
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (May 9, 2007)�Joe Forster, president and chief operating officer of Hospitality Performance Network (HPN) is pleased to announce that Sandy Johnson has joined the company�s growing network of seasoned industry professionals.  She will assume responsibilities as vice president of national accounts effective immediately. 

�Sandy brings a diverse background and wealth of knowledge to HPN,� said Forster.  �She is well connected in the financial and insurance markets and knows how to successfully meet her clients various needs.  Her experience will be valuable to our growing network of industry professionals.�

As vice president of national accounts, she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large corporate accounts throughout the United States.  Her specialty and focus will be on companies within the insurance and financial sector. 

Prior to joining HPN, Johnson spent the past 10 years at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.  She served as director of incentive and insurance sales for four years and then most recently director of insurance sales.  In this position, she was responsible for all insurance and financial corporate accounts located in the United States and Canada.  During her tenure at the Scottsdale Princess she garnered a number of sales awards, including the Fairmont Masters Sales Achievement Award in 2005. 

Additional experience includes three years as senior sales manager at the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa in Hawaii and five years at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort as national sales manager.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Johnson owned an interior design company in Arizona for 11 years. 

She earned a B.S. in interior design from the University of California, Berkley.  She and her family reside in Scottsdale, Ariz.  Johnson is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) and booked the 2007  Financial & Insurance Conference Planners (FICP) annual program.
