| DALLAS, May 21, 2007 - Dallas-based Prism Hotels &
Resorts has been awarded the management contract for the 544-room Hilton
San Francisco Financial District, a full-service, 27-story upscale hotel
catering to business and leisure travelers. The landmark hotel, which opened
in 2006 after undergoing a $45 million top-to-bottom redesign, is located
at 750 Kearny Street in San Francisco's Financial District.

Rouge Capital Center, Hilton Deerfield Beach/Boca Raton, Doubletree Richmond
Downtown, Doubletree Memphis Downtown, Doubletree Wilmington - Legal District
