MEMPHIS, Tenn. - May 1, 2007 - Carlisle Corporation has signed a management agreement with Global Hyatt Corporation to manage the 240-room Hyatt Regency Memphis Hotel and Spa at One Beale. The hotel will be located at the base of the $175 million mixed-use tower slated to open in downtown Memphis in 2010.

The Hyatt Regency Memphis Hotel and Spa at One Beale will be a luxury hotel anchoring the exclusive condominium and retail tower at the foot of Beale Street along the majestic banks of the Mississippi River. The agreement signifies a major step toward the groundbreaking of this landmark project.

“Global Hyatt will add a sophisticated level of service to residents and guests of this landmark project.” said Gene Carlisle, President of Carlisle Corporation. “The Hyatt Regency Memphis Hotel and Spa at One Beale will enhance the lives of One Beale residents by providing world class amenities at every turn. Likewise, hotel guests will enjoy an unmatched Memphis experience, from four – star service and amenities to picturesque views of the Mississippi River to easy access to cultural and entertainment venues.
