 The 585-room Holiday Inn Fisherman�s Wharf San Francisco
Completes $11 million Renovation

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (May 7, 2007)  - The 585-room Holiday Inn Fisherman�s Wharf San Francisco has completed an $11 million renovation to its guest rooms and meeting facilities in order to provide business, leisure and convention attendees modern amenities and upgraded services. The Holiday Inn on Fisherman�s Wharf is owned by FelCor Lodging Trust and managed by IHG.  Sheila Martin is the property�s General Manager.

The scope of the hotel�s transformation includes all new soft goods in each guest room, bedding package, new bathroom fixtures and lighting package.  As well as cosmetic upgrades to the restaurant, lounge and lobby.

The 4,068 square foot Pacific Ballroom, the Sonoma Meeting Room and the Pre-function area have all been complemented with new carpeting, draperies, wall coverings, lighting fixtures and chairs. These enhancements in conjunction with internet access cater to small meeting event planners.

Also completed is the Cardio Work Out facility, boasting state-of-the-art treadmill and elliptical equipment overlooking a newly renovated outdoor pool and deck area.

The Holiday Inn on Fisherman�s Wharf continues to offer complimentary transportation to local San Francisco destinations and attractions including Financial District and Union Square.  It is within steps to Ghiradelli Square, Fisherman�s Wharf and Pier 39.

The hotel features three restaurants on property including the Bristol Bar & Grill recognized for its casual California cuisine; Fisherman�s Cove featuring a casual setting or sandwich on the go; and Denny�s fast and friendly 24-hour family restaurant.
