LA JOLLA, Calif. - May 14, 2007 - Baja Resort Advisors, LLC, (BRA), a La Jolla-based housing and resort development firm, will build a master-planned residential, vineyard and resort community in the beautiful Guadalupe Valley Wine Country, just east of Ensenada and known as the Napa Valley of Mexico. American buyers have expressed a keen interest in the Guadalupe Valley; they understand that this is a unique opportunity for estate-style living surrounded by the vineyards at prices reminiscent of Napa Valley 50 years ago.

The Village at the Vineyard will be a joint venture with the award-winning Liceaga Winery, a leading Baja California vintner, said Gabriel V. Robles, president of Baja Resort Advisors. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall and be completed in 18 months.

The $40 million development will include a 50-acre winery, plus a 15-acre Tuscan-style village with 75 homes, a 12 to 18 suite boutique bed n breakfast hotel, luxurious European spa, cosmetic surgery center and wedding chapel with extensive areas for receptions and events. When home owners are away, they can rent their homes for hotel overflow and cosmetic center and spa clients, Robles said.

Stewart Title Insurance will issue coverage for American and Canadian residents, who are expected to be the principal buyers.

GVA Worldwide will be the architectural firm designing the entire project. GVAs renowned design expertise will create a distinct presence in the region with The Village at the Vineyard being a cornerstone project for GVA in Baja Norte. http://www.gvaworldwide.com. GVA is one of the top-rated architectural firms in the world and the number one rated firm in Latin America, according to industry experts.

It is said that a developer is only as good as the construction manager producing the development. The Village at the Vineyard have contracted the services of ROCAL S. A., a Mexico City based construction management team for The Village at the Vineyard. They have been working with Mr. Robles for over 30 years and together have produced some of the finest developments in Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos. ROCAL will be handling construction management and supervision for The Falls at Puerto Nuevo, another of Mr. Robless projects. http://www.rocal.com.mx/ingles

Building a world-class development takes world-class architects and builders that is why this assembled team is essential to our brand, Robles said.

The Falls at Puerto Nuevo is a 92-unit luxury condominium project located at Km 43.7 on the Rosarito-Ensenada Scenic Road. Those condominiums range in size from 950 to 2700-square-feet. They will feature one, two and three-bedroom units, full kitchens and amenity packages, a cafe, swimming pools, hot tubs, a meditation deck, beach clubhouse, and full, 24 hour manned security.
