White Lodging Selects Newmarket Internationals Delphi® Sales & Catering Solution; Delphi will be rolled out to over 100 hotels to help increase sales productivity and the sharing of critical business data

Portsmouth, NH - June 26, 2007 Newmarket International, Inc., the leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that White Lodging, a developer, owner and manager of premium brand hotels, will implement Delphi Multi Property Edition® (MPE) across 110 of its hotels nationwide. Delphi MPE, the leading application for automating group sales, catering and event processes, will enable White Lodging to increase sales productivity, share critical business information across its hotels and report on key performance indicators to the hotels ownership.

White Lodgings executive team will utilize Delphi to pull real-time business data into reports, such as rollup pace, profitability and accurate forecasts, and utilize that information to maximize the value of the owners assets. Also, for new hotel development, contracts and ownership groups that White Lodging will engage with, they can use Delphi to run diagnostics of a property and have information on hand to assess the hotels business needs. In addition, by utilizing Delphis centralized database White Lodging will be able to cross-sell and up-sell across its properties.

According to Michelle Rose, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at White Lodging, As a management company, we need accurate business data in real-time so we can report on it and illustrate results to ownership. With Delphi, we can gain visibility into the business and better assess its strengths and weaknesses to direct our strategies accordingly. As we look to almost double the number of hotels in our management portfolio over the next 3-5 years, Newmarkets technology will play an integral role.

Several of White Lodgings properties are also using eProposal, a rich-media proposal system. Because of the integration between Delphi and eProposal, a property can send information from Delphi into eProposal and provide a customer with a dynamic proposal instantaneously. This saves time, differentiates a property and creates customer satisfaction.

Kenneth Barnes, Vice President of Information Technology at White Lodging added, From an IT perspective and enterprise viewpoint, we wanted to consolidate our applications and Delphi MPE helps us to do so. Now, we can maintain one server and leverage our hardware and technology investments across our entire portfolio of hotels. Delphi will also give global access to all the different people who need information from the system at any time.

At Newmarket, we understand White Lodgings unique needs as a management company and we look forward to providing White Lodging with the innovative solutions they need to grow their business, said Sean ONeill, Chairman and CEO, Newmarket International, Inc. It is an exciting time for them as a company and we couldnt be more pleased about establishing this relationship.
