Knowcross Debuts at HITEC 2007 with
TRITON Multingual and BlackBerry™

ORLANDO, USA – June 26, 2007 - Knowcross announced today its debut appearance at HITEC in Orlando (Booth 879) where it will demonstrate the latest version of its cutting edge Guest Service System, TRITON. 
TRITON 2.4 will be demonstrated with two new and unique features in the world of guest services management – Full Multilingual Support which means that expatriate hotel managers in China can rest assured that their staff will receive messages in Chinese while the escalations and alerts they get will be in English; and TRITON MOBILE on BlackBerry™ which means that managers and supervisors can track their staff and guests while they’re on the move.

Triton 2.4 is already installed at a few leading hotels around the world including the Grand Hyatt Beijing, the Raffles Beijing and Le Meridien Cancun. At all three properties, Triton sends messages to staff in their preferred language. In China, Triton automatically sends Chinese staff their messages in Simplified Chinese on their mobile phones.

TRITON MOBILE on BlackBerry™ will be shown for the first time ever at HITEC 2007. Incorporating cutting edge technology, the mobile version of TRITON allows hoteliers to register jobs, close jobs, park jobs, receive escalation messages, receive intimations of VIP guest arrivals and much more – all on their phone. Hotel engineers can use it to access repair histories of specific rooms while guest service executives can instantly access guest profiles.
