Anoka, Minn. � June 12, 2007 - JCS Development, Inc. announces the appointment of Kevin McPherson to vice president, hotel division. Joining the senior management team on June 1, of 2007, McPherson oversees all aspects of hotel operations for the JCS Development,
Inc. portfolio.

McPherson joined JCS Development, Inc. in 2003 as the director of operations and marketing. �Kevin�s management style has emphasized his dedication to customer satisfaction and employee development,� said John F. Seibert, president of JCS Development, Inc. In his new position, McPherson will oversee the operations of 16 hotels across the country. His responsibilities will include strategic planning, investor and franchise relations, staff development, sales and marketing. �Kevin�s multi-brand experience has proven to be a tremendous asset to our organization and he plays a vital role in the future success of this company,� adds Seibert.

McPherson brings over 30 years of business and leadership experience to his new position including previous employment with leading brands such as Radisson, Hyatt, Doubletree, Sheraton and Embassy Suites.
