to an already booming portfolio. As of April 1, seven new properties
have been added to an already impressive portfolio. These properties
include: the Holiday Inn in Fishkill NY, the Ramada Inn in Reading PA,
the America�s Best Value Inn in Beaumont TX, the Comfort Inn in Port Jervis
NY, the Holiday Inn in Fayetteville NC, the Four Points by Sheraton in
York PA and the Rodeway Inn in Center City Philadelphia PA.
With these recent additions, Growth Properties is now managing hotels in 9 different states. The portfolio has a nice blend of full service and select service hotels with both franchised and independent flags.
