Edith Macy Conference Center in Briarcliff Manor, New York  The

has announced the appointment of Donna Caldarola as director of human resources
for Edith Macy Conference Center, located in Briarcliff Manor, New York.
David Vogt, general manager, made the announcement.
"It is with pleasure that we welcome Donna to Edith Macy Conference Center," said Mr. Vogt. "She brings a rich professional background across multiple industries and will be a tremendous asset to our property." Donna Caldarola launched her career as the assistant director of human resources for the Rye Town Hilton, located in Westchester, New York. She later assumed the position of human resources manager for Alexander & Alexander, Inc, an insurance company in Greenwich, Connecticut. Following an organizational restructuring, Ms. Caldarola was transferred to the company's Corporate Human Resources Department in New York City, where she assumed responsibilities as a human resources specialist, overseeing three offices in Manhattan. Subsequently Ms. Caldarola served as a client service account specialist for The New England Insurance Company. She later joined the Maryknoll Sisters organization in Ossining, New York, as human resources manager. In 2000, Caldarola was appointed compensation and training/development coordinator for Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers, a charitable concern also located in Ossining. She left the organization upon assuming her responsibilities at Edith Macy Conference Center. Donna Caldarola is a graduate of Pace University of Pleasantville, New York, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She resides in Ossining, New York.
