Properties Ltd. to Build a 400 room Westin Hotel Adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center |

Beach County, Fla. � April 23, 2007 � The Palm Beach County Commissioners
unanimously awarded a $100 million-plus development agreement to Delray
Beach-based hotel developer Ocean Properties Ltd. Hotels and Resorts. Palm
Beach County is proud to have the Westin brand join their hospitality industry
whose strong traditions in style and service mirrors the destination. The
hotel is an upscale 400-room 25-story Westin Hotel, which is designed to
be connected to the Palm Beach County Convention Center by an enclosed
walkway. Also part of the project is a 104-unit 20-story condominium tower
and a valet drop-off with parking tunnel connected to a 1,809-space parking
garage. The entire development is located on the convention center site
in the City of West Palm Beach.
