Raymond Management Company selected Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based Oscar J. Boldt Construction to provide comprehensive construction services.  Gary Brink & Associates, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin is providing the architectural services for the property.

The 9-story hotel is located in the vibrant Bricktown area of downtown Oklahoma City.  Bricktown is a former warehouse district that has been converted into a commercial and entertainment area and is connected to the city�s central business district.  The hotel is adjacent to AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, which is home to the Oklahoma Red Hawks, a Triple A baseball affiliate of the Texas Rangers major league baseball team.  Guests staying on the hotel�s upper floors will have game views directly over the �The Brick�s� left field bleachers and into home plate.  Also within walking distance of the hotel�s front doors are Ford Center Arena, the Cox Business Services Convention Center, the mile long pedestrian Bricktown Canal, as well as numerous restaurants, nightclubs, and retail establishments.   The hotel is bordered by Interstates I-40 (east/west) and I-235 (north/south).
