A 20 year veteran in hospitality, Kelly spent several years working her way up through the ranks in hotel operations.  She began as a front desk clerk at a Quality Inn in North Carolina, moved into a supervisory position for military housing, and eventually landed a role as a general manager.  Kelly has been managing for the past 12 years.  Her most recent position was general manager of a Courtyard by Marriott in Tampa, Florida.  Prior to that position, Kelly served as a general manager of a Courtyard by Marriott in Dalton, Georgia.  During her tenure there, the property was presented with four awards: manager of the year, property of the year, highest GSS (guest satisfaction scores) and the White Glove Award (best in cleanliness from Lingate Hospitality).  Some of Kelly�s additional experience includes area manager and regional trainer for Economy Lodging.  Kelly attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
