Disposition of the Terrace Hotel In Downtown Cincinnati

KANSAS CITY, Missouri, March 2, 2007-Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (�WHI�) announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of The Terrace Hotel located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 320-room Hotel is located within The Terrace Building, a 600,000 square foot mixed-use building consisting of 280,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail space. The Hotel contains over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and a restaurant and lounge located on the 20th floor.
