Jeff Dallas Named SVP of Development
for Wyndham Hotel Group

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Jan. 4, 2007) �Wyndham Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Jeff Dallas as senior vice president of development. 

Dallas, who reports to Steven A. Rudnitsky, Wyndham Hotel Group president and chief executive officer, will be responsible for expanding relationships with multiunit, full-service asset owners including real estate investment trusts, developers and financial institutions with hospitality portfolios. 

Dallas has more than 20 years of hospitality and real estate experience.  Previously, he served Remington Hotel Corporation in Dallas as senior vice president, business development.  From 1992 to 2003, he worked for Ernst and Young LLP in its Los Angeles and New York offices, most recently as partner, real estate and hospitality advisory services.  Prior to joining Ernst and Young, Dallas served Prudential Realty Group, Newark, N.J., as director of hotel investments.  He began his career in 1983 with Guest Quarters Hotels, Washington, D.C., where he worked in a variety of roles including director of sales, assistant controller, assistant housekeeping director and front desk manager.

Dallas earned a bachelor�s degree in hotel management and master�s degree in business administration at Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.
