 HLC Hotels Selects AnyRate Software to
Provide Competitive Rate Intelligence 
HLC to Utilize AnyRate Tools to Advance Pricing Methodology in 2007


Savannah, Georgia & Germantown, Tennessee – January 24, 2007 – HLC Hotels today announced it has selected AnyRate Software to provide competitive rate shopping reports and tools to all of its properties.  The agreement will allow AnyRate’s leading-edge competitive rate shopping tools to become an immediate part of HLC’s enhanced revenue management and pricing focus for 2007.
