Destination Hotels & Resorts Inducts 32 Sales
Leaders into Inaugural Chairman�s Club
Englewood, Colo. � Jan. 24, 2007 � In 2006, Destination Hotels & Resorts launched its Chairman�s Club sales associate recognition program to award and reward sales leaders in the company. Earlier this month at the company�s annual Sales & Marketing Conference at Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, Calif., the company recognized the first 32 sales associates to be inducted into the inaugural Chairman�s Club.

�The Chairman�s Club program promotes healthy competition within our sales teams,� said Andre Fournier, vice president of field sales for Destination. �We wanted to provide an incentive and recognition to our associates who consistently exceed their productivity goals. Our goal is to build a sales and marketing community that provides a �best in class� associate value proposition  for sales and marketing professionals.� 

More than 32 sales leaders achieved Chairman�s Club status with performance exceeding 115 percent of their productivity goals. These individuals consistently met or exceeded their quarterly quotas. 

Chairman�s Club designees were rewarded with a $1,000 bonus and a three-night, four day incentive trip for two to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Associates in the Chairman�s Club also receive special business cards that note their designation in this prestigious group.

These individuals exceeded 100 percent of their productivity goals and received a $500 bonus for their achievement. Associates in the President�s Club also receive special business cards that note their designation in this group.
