Woodlands (Houston), Texas, January 2007 - Benchmark Hospitality has appointed
Bryan Lowe as controller for The Heldrich, the new $110 million mixed use
property being constructed in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mike Taylor,
Benchmark's general manager at The Heldrich, made the announcement.
"I am very pleased to welcome Bryan to the executive team at The Heldrich," said Mr. Taylor. "He comes to our property with significant experience in the financial operations of a hotel and conference center and will be a strong addition to our growing team of professionals." Bryan Lowe brings well over a decade of experience to his new role at The Heldrich. He was most recently the controller for Ocean Place Resort & Spa, located in Long Branch, New Jersey. Lowe has previously served as controller of the Carefree Resort & Villas of Carefree, Arizona. He was also a key member of the transition team of the Daufuskie Island Club and Resort of Hilton Head, South Carolina. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lowe was employed as assistant controller for the Molly Pitcher Inn and the Oyster Point Hotel of Red Bank, New Jersey. He has served as the chief accountant at the Hilton in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and as corporate accountant for Horizon Hotels of Eatontown, New Jersey. Bryan Lowe is a graduate of Rutgers University. He resides in Ocean, New Jersey. The Heldrich is located in the heart of New Jersey in New Brunswick. The property, which is expected to open in March 2007, is situated at 10 Livingston Avenue, just west of the important US Route 1 business corridor stretching from Princeton to New Brunswick and near the Northeast Corridor train service (Boston-New York-Washington, DC) and Exit 9 of the NJ Turnpike. It is 30 minutes outside New York City and has rail service to Newark Liberty International Airport. |
