California, February 6, 2007 � Glorietta Bay Inn announces its win for
best guest relations program in a statewide competition. The award was
presented by the California Hotel & Lodging Association in its annual
�Stars of the Industry� awards.
The award was presented in Santa Barbara on February 1, 2007. General manager Holly Shumate and sales manager Claudia Ludlow-Gonzales were present to accept the award. This is the sixth time Glorietta Bay Inn has won the award on either a statewide or national level. �I was especially delighted when the award presenters noted that Glorietta
Bay Inn should be in the �Hall of Fame� for best guest service,� said Holly
Shumate.
