Construction Schedule:  Approval and planning stage.
Details:  Project includes demolition of the Bel-Air Hotel's existing fitness center and security office, and the construction of a 11,000 square foot one and two-story building on the north portion of the Hotel site containing a new spa facility with seven treatment rooms, spa related office and retail space, a juice bar, three spa guest rooms, and the replacement of the fitness center and security office.  Work also includes the construction of 12 additional one-story guest rooms totaling approximately 6,600 square feet to be constructed in a series of six buildings located in the southwestern portion of the Hotel site and a 1,000 square foot expansion of the existing Hotel boutique. Upon completion, the hotel will have a total of 106 guest rooms.
