New Program Will Certify and Market Southern Hospitality,
Creating Advantage for Hoteliers and Restaurants!
Dateline: Tallahassee. - October 24, 2006 - Partnering to assist Hotel Operators, restaurants,  and attractions to market that recognized cachet, Southern Hospitality, the noted publication, Southern Hospitality Magazinetm and Hospitality Performance, a Consulting firm, have joined together to create a Program designed to influence Consumer interest, both Residents and Visitors,  in the Southeastern U.S.   The Program is called the Southern Hospitality Experience.

The Principals, Debbie Dewell  and John Hendrie,  feel that this is a unique means to promote Lodgings and other Hospitality related businesses in the South, which meet guest expectations with the warm welcome, courtesy, comfort exhibited in their properties -  that old fashion Southern Hospitality. The requirements and benefits of this Marketing proposition are straightforward:

  • Participating businesses will undergo a thorough Hospitality Assessment, conducted by Professionals, evaluating their performance, as it relates to Product, Service and Facilities;
  • A successful Review shall result in a distinctive Seal of Achievement, which can be marketed through the Principals many Internet portals and print media platforms; and
  • Use of the Southern Hospitality Experience Logo, promoted independently by the properties in their specific advertising and marketing avenues, including their affiliations with Associations, CVBs and State Tourism efforts.
.
As John Hendrie noted, We have taken a well known Regional description, offered to certify Hospitality businesses which represent these high standards, and market their accomplishment to a restless Public, seeking some level of reliability.  This Program will differentiate the Brands and the options for the discerning Visitor and Resident.

Southern Hospitality Magazinetm is the only regional publication which specifically serves the Hospitality Community and Destinations in the Southeast.  Hospitality Performance specializes in Assessments, Branding and Training.  Please contact Debbie Dewell at 850-386-7401 or: [email protected]
